Management Accounting (Operational level)

  • E1 - Organisational Management
  • P1 - Management Accounting
  • F1 - Financial Reporting and Taxation

Entrance Requirements

  • Certificate in Business Accounting
  • Grade 10 and learners must be 16 years and older.
  • Ability to read and write in English AND must be competent in Maths
  • You may be exempted from certain exams in the Certificate in Business Accounting if you hold a relevant degree or qualification (exemptions are awarded at CIMA's discretion).

Assessment

Two types of exams are used for this level. Each of the three papers will be assessed by an Objective test. The objective test is a 90 minute Computer Based Assessment (CBA), which means the results would be available immediately.

In addition to the objective tests is an integrated Case Study Exam. The integrated case studies are three hour long, computer based assessments. They include both pre-seen material and unseen material.

*Candidates must have completed the three objective tests before attempting the integrated study exam.
